I posted previously about my work in China and in particular my images from a place called Kashgar in China. The reason for the post was that I was going through my archive after I had been asked to submit a portfolio of images for a national gallery who were looking to commission a photographer to capture a series of images of people in their everyday life. I am pleased to announce that we got the commission which is great as I love doing this kind of work! I am also a strong believer that continuing my documentary projects really strengthens my wedding work and I know that my clients appreciate the other work that I do. Looking at my web stats recently I noticed a massive increase in web traffic to my site from the US. I am not sure why this has happened but if anyone in the US would care to let me know I would really appreciate it!

We had some very exciting news this week when we found out that Grace Ormonde has selected us as a Platinum Supplier for 2008/09. For those of you that don't know Grace Ormonde is THE wedding magazine in the United States and inclusion on the Platinum List is strictly by invitation only. We are all delighted here at CKP. 2007 has been a really good year for us and 2008 is shaping up to be even better.
